  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2¬†cups¬†frozen raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • hemp seeds
  • chia seeds
  • coconut shavings
  • fresh blackberries
  • fresh blueberries
  • edible flowers
Preparation
1.

Add banana, raspberries, nut butter, and lemon to blender with a half cup of milk. Blend on high, slowly adding the milk.

Pour into bowl and sprinkle with the hemp seeds, chia seeds, coconut shavings, fresh blackberries, fresh blueberries, and flowers.
