1/8 Teaspoon of Turmeric
½ Cup of Water
1-2 Tbsp of Almond Oil
Dash of Honey
8 oz. Milk
Boil water and turmeric in small saucepan over medium-high heat for ~8 minutes. In a separate pan, bring the milk and almond oil to a boil, then remove from heat.
Combine the two mixtures and add honey, to taste. Adding cinnamon, nutmeg, or any other flavoring spice is optional. Play around with it!
