Events We Love: A Toast To Science

With all the recent action against science— and environmental science in particular–, we all need a stiff drink.

Enter A Toast To Science: Spring Cocktails At The Farmers Market, an evening of “fact-based festivity and spirited solidarity” hosted by CUESA, United States Bartenders Guild, and The Exploratorium in honor of Earth Day and the March for Science. The event takes place in the San Francisco Ferry Building after hours, with drinks mixed by Bay Area bartenders and hors d’oeuvres served by local restaurants. All proceeds from the event are benefitting CUESA’s sustainable agricultural educational initiatives, as well as the USBG’s professional development programs.
