Events We Love: The 1st Annual NYC Fermentation Festival

Enter the 1st Annual NYC Fermentation Festival, taking place this weekend on Saturday, February 25th, 2017 at the Brooklyn Expo Center. For those who want to learn more about taking on the wide world of fermenting or for anyone who needs help troubleshooting their at home brewing, there will be DIY fermentation help desks, fermentation demonstrations and seminars, and NYC fermentation meet-up groups to connect with. For those who just want some tasty chow, there are 30+ fermentation-focused vendors for you to try out. And for anyone who’s feeling the chafe of winter, it’s the perfect spot to embrace the season in a fun, edible way.
