On Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, the Peace Awareness Labyrinth and Gardens in Los Angeles will be holding a guided meditation, sound bath, and silence for inner focus to help participants “attune more deeply to the inner sound”. With the holidays fast approaching, this is the perfect time for Angelenos to stop, relax, and take a moment for themselves.

Paul Kaye, President of the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness, will play an array of Himalayan and meditative instruments to help guests let go and practice achieving inner calm, or to gain more clarity on the challenges they may be facing.
