Nature and meditation are two aspects of mindful living that have always gone hand-in-hand. In honor of Fall, Alexandra Liakou, a Greek-born ocean lover and meditation instructor based in Berlin, devised this bespoke nature-focused meditation for Garden Collage readers looking to slow down, move inward, and channel their appreciation of nature as the season begins to set. As Liakou puts it: “Meditation confronts you with your own shit, and nature helps you deal with it”. We couldn’t agree more. “Behind every action there is either love or the lack of love: fear”, she adds. “Love is what helps us heal”.
