How to Make a Citrus Planter

What you’ll need:

• 1 Medium-to-large hand fruit (lemon, lime, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, avocado, etc)
• 1 Knife
• 1 Spoon
• 1 Pencil

Cut the fruit in half horizontally, and hollow it out with a spoon, scoop or knife (make sure not to get citrus juice in your eyes!)

Make sure to remove excess pulp.

Poke a whole through the rind with a pencil (this will help with drainage).

Fill your mini-planter with soil and sow the seeds or plant the sprout. Follow with a light water.
