Step 1 — Dry out leftover avocado pits for 2-5 days.
Step 2 — Grind the pits, and boil the powder with approximately 1-liter of water for each core. Cook for 30 minutes over medium-to-low heat.

One liter of avocado pit shampoo will last about three showers, as it is a thin liquid that should be used to wash hair directly.
Closer to a hair rinse than a shampoo in terms of texture, this avocado pit hair treatment is restorative for both hair and scalp. When used regularly, it can be used in place of conditioner!
