We Love These Lemon Ricotta Crostini!
We’ve already professed our love for Erin Gleeson’s Forest Feast For Kids, but in honor of our monthly theme of The Lemon Lover, we’ve recreated her lemon ricotta crostini recipe, which is ideal for tea parties, outdoor fêtes, or simply as an after-school snack. Kids will have fun zesting the lemons (while learning you can use a lemon’s different parts) and will enjoy all the different textures the recipe involves. We topped our crostini with Mānuka honey because of its inherent health benefits, but any light honey will do. Easy and elegant, these are a delicious spring treat for Lil’ Sprouts and grownups alike.
