Preheat oven to 275ºF and lay down parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Lay discs out evenly on the baking sheet and sprinkle with half the cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake for 30 minutes, flip, add the rest of the cinnamon and nutmeg, then return to oven and bake for another 30 minutes.
Let cool and try not to eat all at once!
