Beat the eggs, oil, and water, then combine liquid and dry ingredients. Pour into a buttered doughnut form pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow them to cool before dipping in glaze and sprinkling with food-grade lavender or edible rose petals.
To make glaze, combine sugar, milk, lavender extract, and honey. Dip the top half of the donut in lavender honey glaze, sprinkle with topping of choice, and plate to serve.
