Preheat oven to 275ºF and toss all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the nuts out evenly. Place in middle rack of oven.
Every ten minutes, stir the nuts around. If you notice excess oil on parchment paper, replace paper and continue roasting.
When cashews begin to turn a golden color, remove from oven.
