Events We Love: The 13th Annual International Herb Symposium

This June marks the arrival of the 13th-annual International Herb Symposium, a two-day “convergence of international plant wisdom” featuring healers from around the world gathering to share knowledge and share healing plant traditions from around the world. This year’s Symposium takes place from June 9-11th at Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, and will feature various intensive classes in a wide variety of disciplines within herbalism, from Shamonic teachings on “How to Move Energies in the Body After Trauma” to “Treating Infections with Natural Medicine” to “Adaptogens and Nirvines for the 21st Century”.

Programming throughout the weekend also includes circles and ceremonies, the Grand Herbalist Fantasy Ball, evening entertainment, an herbal emporium, an herbal products contest, a botanical art exhibit, massage and other treatments at the on-site “Relaxation Oasis”, and much, much more.
