Brooklyn Garden’s Entire Growing Season Captured in Transfixing Time-Lapse

Brooklyn Grange, a celebrated Urban Farm in New York City with striking East River views into Manhattan, has documented the construction of the first growing season at the farm’s Brooklyn Navy Yard location. In a short time-lapse video, viewers can now watch the growth cycle of the many inaugural tomatoes, lettuces, peppers, flowers, and herbs that the farm grew last year– produce that went on to supply local restaurants like Roberta’s in Bushwick.
