A Floral Snack So Easy It Practically Makes Itself

One of our favorite ways to use edible flowers is in the form of an open-faced sandwich with fresh veggies and other ingredients sourced from our local farmers market. This snack is as simple as it looks: local whole-grain bread topped with local, grass-fed goat cheese and a few edible flowers to add vital antioxidants and make it look beautiful. Bon appétit!
