Alcohol-Free Ars Botanica10 min
- 4 oz freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice
- 3/4 oz freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 3/4 oz shiso simple syrup
To make the shiso syrup, heat 1 quart sugar and water until sugar dissolves. Bruise 10 shiso leaves and infuse. Strain shiso leaves after 2 hours. Cool and refrigerate. (This syrup will have a shelf life of two weeks.)
Shake all ingredients, garnish with lime wheel, and serve!
