Stuff the popsicle mould with petals.
Slowly fill with coconut water or coconut milk. The milk will give a creamier taste, but the water will allow you to better see the petals.
Freeze until solid.
Run the moulds under hot water and enjoy a cool treat. Happy Fourth!
