GC’s Own Spicy Sweet Potato Frosting15 min
- 3 sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 16 oz dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 cup date sugar
- 2 tsp cashew milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Over a double broiler, mash the sweet potatoes well, or whisk until soft.
Add the chocolate and stir. Follow with the the sugar, chili powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Once all the chocolate has melted add the cashew milk, take off the heat, and stir.
Frost and lick the spoon!
