The more kids are involved with growing their own food, the more likely they are to eat it (that is, after all, what The Edible Schoolyard practices, and to great success). To encourage Lil’ Sprouts to have their greens, we’ve put together a flower box full of fun, beautiful accents for spring salads, all of which can be grown in a small space.

When purchasing edible plants, always check with the vendor that they have been grown organically and are an edible variety.
