Wash and juice the citrus. If grating fresh turmeric, then wash and shuck the root into a bowl until you have about 2 tablespoons-worth.
Mix all the ingredients into a small pitcher. Stir and serve with a slice of lemon as a garnish. In the summer, add ice for a cool, refreshing pick-me-up.
