The "sleep flower", as it is known, is proven to ease tension and relax frayed nerves when brewed as a tea-- but it's also beautiful, with an appearance similar to a common daisy.

Why We Love It

Growing chamomile herb from seed is relatively easy, and we LOVE edible plants that look like flowers! This way, we get beauty and function from a single plant.

Chamomile grows best in cool conditions and should be planted in part shade, but it will also grow in full sun. The soil should be dry.

Catch Some zzzz's

Chamomile tea helps soothe the nervous system and quell body tension, both of which promote relaxation and better sleep.

In addition to combating indigestion and regulating blood sugar, chamomile is an anti-anxiety and anti-depressive herb, so drink up!
